What is a Telegram CRM?
A Telegram CRM puts a sales system underneath the conversations your team already has. Chats, groups and channels become contacts, companies and deals, with values, stages, owners and follow-ups, so "scroll back and check the chat" stops being your reporting tool. Classic CRMs assume email and log Telegram only when someone remembers to forward a message, which is never. When the CRM is wired into the chats themselves, the pipeline stays current on its own.

What is a Telegram CRM?
A CRM connected to the place your customers actually write to you. Instead of logging emails, it turns Telegram chats, groups and channels into contacts, companies and deals, with values, stages, owners and follow-ups. The pipeline lives where the conversations live, so it stays current without anyone copying anything.
Can a Telegram CRM see my existing chats?
Only if it connects through your own account. Cavyro mirrors your team's real Telegram accounts over MTProto, the same protocol your laptop uses, so your existing conversations and history flow in. Bot-based tools only see messages sent to the bot, which means years of customer chats stay invisible to them.
Does Cavyro use the Telegram Bot API?
Not for the mirror. The mirror runs on MTProto with your own accounts, so customers keep writing to you exactly as before. There is a separate assistant bot you can talk to in plain language to drive the CRM from inside Telegram, but it plays no part in syncing your chats.
Can I connect my personal Telegram account?
Yes, and most teams do, because that is where the deals are. You choose which chats, groups and channels are mirrored. Excluded chats never enter the workspace and are never stored.
Can every rep on my team connect their own account?
Yes. Every workspace member includes one mirrored Telegram account, and the whole team's conversations land in one workspace with per-rep ownership. A rep with a second number adds it for $10/mo, no plan upgrade needed.
How does it handle group chats?
A mirrored group becomes a place with members. Every message is attributed to the person who sent it, and each member is a contact with one timeline across every group and direct chat they appear in. Deals attach to the group or the company, with your owner and their champion named.
Can I track deals with real amounts?
Yes. Deals carry amounts, currency and probability, so the pipeline rolls up into a weighted forecast. Eleven built-in reports cover revenue forecast, deal funnel, win/loss and response time.
Can I message my contacts in bulk?
Through campaigns, yes, and they are built for warm outreach to people you already talk to rather than scraped lists. Drip sequences stop the moment someone replies, sends are throttled with daily caps per account, and every reply and won deal is attributed back to the campaign.
Is it safe to connect my Telegram account?

Can I use Cavyro next to an existing CRM?
