The agentic CRM.
You never have to open it.

An agentic CRM is one an AI agent can actually run — not one with a chatbot in the sidebar. Talk to Cavyro in plain language from Telegram, or point any MCP-speaking agent (Claude, Cursor, or your own) at it and let it drive the pipeline directly. The UI is one way in, not the only way.

In Telegram

The assistant bot

Message Cavyro in plain language from Telegram. “Create a deal for Acme, $12k, link David.” It creates records, pulls reports and answers questions. No browser tab, no commands to memorize.

Any MCP client

Hosted MCP server

Point Claude, Cursor, Claude Desktop or your own agent at our MCP endpoint. Nine discovery tools expose over 120 actions across deals, contacts, pipelines, automations, search and reporting, driven with your workspace token.

Programmatic

Your own agents

Build agents on top of Cavyro with the Model Context Protocol, the same open standard your other tools already speak. Discovery is built in, so agents find the right action on demand.

What "agentic" has to mean

Three tests, or it's just a chatbot.

Every CRM ships an AI button now. These are the things that separate a CRM an agent can run from one it can only talk about.

01

An agent can do everything a person can

Not a read-only summary widget. Over 120 actions, from create and move to report and assign, exposed as MCP tools with typed schemas, scoped to your workspace and bounded by the same roles and permissions a human teammate gets.

02

The CRM acts without being asked

A catalog-driven automation engine watches for triggers — a deal goes quiet, a customer replies, a new chat appears — and fires the follow-up, the reminder or the record itself. Work happens between logins, not only during them.

03

It already has the context

Cavyro mirrors your team's real Telegram accounts, so the agent reads what the customer actually said before it updates the deal. An agent wired to an empty CRM has nothing to reason about.

Just talk to it. No commands needed.

The assistant understands your workspace. Ask it anything, and it figures out the rest: creating records, pulling reports and answering questions in plain language.

  • Create a deal “Website redesign” for $12k and link it to Acme Corp.
  • What's our pipeline overview?
  • Who did we add this week?
  • Which deals have gone quiet for two weeks?
  • Book a follow-up with David next Tuesday.
  • Send a LinkedIn screenshot — it drafts the contact.

Screenshot in, record out.

Send the assistant a screenshot — or a photo of any document — and it reads the image into a CRM record. It lists the fields it found, and nothing is created until you confirm. A caption like “add him” or “new company” steers what it drafts.

  • LinkedIn profiles and company pages
  • Business cards and email signatures
  • Invoices, offers and paper documents

Connect your agent in one block

Add Cavyro's hosted MCP server to Claude, Cursor or any MCP client. Your agent gets the whole CRM as tools, scoped to your workspace.

120+

actions, one endpoint

Deals, contacts, companies, pipelines, automations, comments, reactions, feed, groups, teams, members, invitations, notifications, search and context, all exposed as MCP tools with typed schemas and built-in resource discovery, so agents find the right action on demand instead of drowning in a hundred of them at once.

Agentic CRM, answered

What is an agentic CRM?

An agentic CRM is a CRM an AI agent can operate end to end, not just read from. Three things have to be true: every action a person can take is available to the agent through an API or MCP interface; the system acts on its own through automations rather than waiting for a click; and it holds enough real conversation context for those actions to be correct. A CRM with a chatbot bolted onto the sidebar is not agentic — the agent can summarize, but it cannot run the pipeline.

How is that different from a CRM with AI features?

AI features are things the vendor built for you: a summarizer, a lead score, a draft-reply button. Agentic means the surface is open, so you or your agent decide what gets done. Cavyro ships the AI features and the open surface — a hosted MCP server any client can drive, and a Telegram assistant your team talks to in plain language.

Which AI agents work with Cavyro?

Any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol: Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop, or an agent you build yourself. You point it at Cavyro's hosted MCP endpoint with a workspace token; no plugin, no self-hosting, no API keys to bring.

Can it read pictures?

Yes. Send the Telegram assistant a screenshot or any photo — a LinkedIn profile, a business card, an invoice, a paper document — and it reads the image into a draft record: a contact, a company or a deal. It replies with the fields it extracted and creates nothing until you confirm, so a misread name never lands in the CRM silently. Add a caption to steer what gets created.

Is my data safe if an agent can change records?

The agent authenticates as a workspace user and inherits that user's role and permissions, so it can never touch anything the person behind it could not. Every change lands in the activity feed with an author, and you can revoke the token at any time.
