Close the deal.
Then deliver it.
Projects, task lists and tasks in the same workspace as your pipeline. Every task links to the deal, contact or company it's for, so what sales promised and the work that keeps the promise sit one click apart.
Drag a task into Done and it's done. Open one and the deal it's for is right there.
A Cavyro project board with To do, In progress, In review and Done columns. A task is dragged from In review into Done and completes. Another task opens in a side panel that shows its linked deal and company, and its last subtask is checked off.
Shaped like client work.
Four levels, each with one job. Nothing to configure before the first task.
01
Project
The job you owe someone. It gets a short key like ESP, so every task has an ID you can say out loud: ESP-14. An owner, members, dates, and a status: active, on hold, completed or archived.
02
Folders
The same project, split the way the work splits. Client delivery in one tab, your team's own to-dos in another. Each folder remembers whether you last read it as a board or a list.
03
Task lists
A list is a column on the board, and the column is the status. Name it, color it, and say whether it counts as done. Drop a task into a Done list and it's completed.
04
Tasks and subtasks
Several assignees, a priority, start and due dates with a time, an estimate, tags and custom fields. Break a task into subtasks, and each one gets checked off on its own.
Every task knows which deal it's for.
This is the part a separate project tool can't do. Link a task to the deal, the contact or the company, and whoever picks it up sees what was sold, to whom and for how much. Nobody retypes the client into a second app.
- Link any task to deals, contacts and companies
- A project carries its client, its contacts and the deal it came from
- When a deal is won, an automation can open the project for you
- Tasks and deals share one search, one activity feed and one set of tags
A board to plan it. A list to get through it.
Same tasks, two ways to read them. The board is for moving work between stages. The list stacks each column into a section, with subtasks tucked under their parent, for whoever is clearing them one at a time.
- Drag tasks between lists, and drag the lists to reorder the board
- Filter by list, assignee, priority, tag, due date or done
- Select a batch and move, assign, reprioritize, date or tag it at once
- Add a task at the bottom of any column without opening a form
Everything waiting on you, on one page.
Tasks from every project, the comments where someone mentioned you, the deals you own and what's coming up next. Sorted by when it's due, with a badge in the sidebar the moment something is late.
- Tasks grouped into Overdue, Today, Next 7 days, Later and No due date
- Four tabs: Tasks, Mentions, Deals and Upcoming
- A daily digest of what's due and what's overdue
- Notified when you're assigned, or when a task you follow changes
It runs on the same engine as your deals.
Projects and tasks aren't a bolt-on module. Everything that works on a deal works on them.
Automations
17 task and project triggers, from Task completed to Task overdue. Seven actions: create a project or a task, complete, reopen, assign, move it to a list, set a project's status.
See the automation engine →AI assistant and MCP
Projects, folders, lists and tasks are records the assistant can read and change. Ask for the project tree, move a task or assign a batch, in the app, in Telegram, or from Claude over MCP.
See the agentic layer →Webhooks and API
Every project and task change fires a webhook and is in the REST API, so the rest of your stack hears about it without anyone copying it over.
See the developer docs →And the rest of it
Comments and files
Comments with @mentions and reactions, attachments and followers on every task and every project.
Custom fields and tags
Fields of your own on projects and on tasks, and the same workspace tags your deals and contacts use.
Search and mentions
Projects and tasks show up in workspace search, by title or by key. @mention them in a doc or a comment.
A record, like any other
Every change lands in the activity feed and updates live for the whole team. Deleted work waits in the recycle bin.
On every plan, from the first day.
Projects and tasks are unlimited on every plan, and nothing about them is metered. There's no project add-on and no extra fee on top of your seats.
Project management, answered
Does this replace Asana, ClickUp or Trello?
For delivering what you sold, often yes: projects, folders, task lists, subtasks, board and list views, assignees, priorities and a My Work queue, all linked to the deals they came from. What it doesn't have today is a Gantt or timeline view, a calendar view, task dependencies, recurring tasks, time tracking or project templates. If your work runs on dependency charts, keep the tool you have.
Can a won deal start the project on its own?
Yes, with an automation. Use the Deal won trigger and the Create project action: the project takes the deal's company and contacts, points back at the deal, and goes to the deal's first assignee unless you pick an owner. You can also create tasks from any deal, contact or company event, linked to that record.
How many projects and tasks can I have?
As many as you need. Projects and tasks are unlimited on every plan, and neither is counted against anything.
Can I add tasks from Telegram?
Yes, through the Cavyro assistant in Telegram. Tell it what needs doing and on which project, and it creates the task. Assignments, changes to tasks you follow and your daily due digest can reach you in Telegram too, depending on your notification settings.
Can clients see the project?
Not today. Every project is visible to the members of your workspace, and there are no guest seats or private projects yet. If a client needs a written plan, a Cavyro doc with a public read-only link is the way to share it.
Keep the promise where you made it.
Start free for 5 days on the full plan. Projects are in the sidebar from the first minute, next to the deals they're for.
