A cold-outreach sender, or the CRM your pipeline lives in?
CRMChat is built around cold volume: scraped leads, spintax sequences, account warmup, and fleets of outreach accounts on the Agency tier. The CRM part is pipeline columns on top of a sending tool, and it stops at sent, read, replied. Cavyro is the opposite bet: a real CRM for the relationships you already have, on your own Telegram, with deals, meetings, automations and AI.

What you get with CRMChat
- • A sending machine: scraped lead lists, spintax sequences, round-robin across accounts.
- • A growth model built on AI account warmup and fleets of outreach accounts, in Telegram's gray zone where warmup exists because bans happen.
- • Campaign stats that end at sent, read, replied. What happened to revenue is not their question.
- • Per-seat pricing plus $10 for every Telegram account after the first, so the bill climbs with both.
Volume to strangers, counted in messages.
What you get with Cavyro
- • A real CRM: deals with value, weighted forecast, revenue reports, activity history.
- • Warm campaigns with receipts: A/B split, drip that stops on reply, measured to moved deals and won revenue.
- • Meetings, automations and AI for the whole workspace, not just outbound.
- • Projects and tasks in the same CRM: task lists, subtasks, boards and a My Work queue, each task linked to its deal.
- • Your own accounts only: no warmup schemes, nothing to get banned over.
Built for selling to people who know you
Your buyers are already in your chats: clients, groups, referrals. Cavyro turns those conversations into deals with value, follows up on its own, and messages your contacts from your account with a report that ends in won revenue, not a reply count.
CRMChat fits if…
Mass cold outbound is your whole motion and you accept the account risk that comes with it.
Cavyro fits if…
You close deals with a warm network on Telegram and want a durable CRM on accounts you trust: real deals, meetings, automations and AI.
Cavyro vs CRMChat, answered
What is the main difference between Cavyro and CRMChat?
What they are for. CRMChat is built around cold outreach: fleets of accounts, warmup, spintax, sequences to scraped lists, with pipeline columns on top. Cavyro is a CRM for the customers you already have: your own accounts, deals with amounts and forecasts, meetings, automations and campaigns measured to won revenue.
Does Cavyro do cold outreach?
No, and our terms prohibit it. Campaigns in Cavyro go to contacts your team already talks to, with stop-on-reply, daily caps and pacing that protect your accounts. If mass cold DMs are the job, CRMChat is honestly the closer fit.
Which one can my AI agents drive?
Cavyro ships a hosted MCP server with 120+ actions, so Claude, Cursor or your own agent can run the whole CRM: create deals, move stages, pull reports, manage projects and tasks. CRMChat offers an AI agent add-on for replying to chats and a REST API with webhooks. Its price list mentions a Telegram MCP, but as of September 2026 there is no documentation or endpoint for it.
Does CRMChat have project management?
No. A task in CRMChat is a reminder on a deal card: a date, a notification, a checkbox, and a morning digest of what is due. There are no projects, task lists, subtasks, boards, priorities or comments on tasks, and the API has no task resource at all. Cavyro ships projects, folders, task lists, subtasks, custom workflows, list and board views and a My Work queue on every plan, with every task linked to its deal, contact or company.
Which is cheaper for a team?
Cavyro is $49/mo per workspace with members included and flat add-ons. CRMChat starts lower with a free tier capped at 50 leads, then bills per seat ($20 to 49 a month, repriced in September 2026) plus $10 for every Telegram account after the first, so the comparison flips as the team grows. Price out your actual headcount on both.
