Your Telegram in the CRM, or a bot bolted onto one?

Kommo is a per-seat CRM where "Telegram" means a bot you create in BotFather. The bot can't message anyone first, sees none of your existing chats or groups, and your reps' actual accounts stay invisible. Cavyro mirrors the Telegram your team already sells with: every chat, group and message becomes pipeline.

What you get with Kommo

  • • A general messenger CRM: pipelines and inbox with WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook alongside a Telegram bot channel.
  • • The bot is the ceiling: customers must find and message it first, and everything before that stays out of the CRM.
  • • Their docs describe a 1-to-1 bot flow; group-chat deals have no documented path in.
  • • Per-seat pricing raised to $25 to 45 in September 2026, 6-month minimum; broadcasts, bots and the AI agent start at the $35 tier.

A CRM first. Your Telegram never really enters it.

What you get with Cavyro

  • The real accounts, mirrored: chats, groups, media and history, with private chats excluded by you.
  • Message anyone first, from your own name, the way selling on Telegram actually works.
  • Groups become deals with every member tracked as a contact.
  • Projects and tasks in the same CRM: task lists, subtasks, boards and a My Work queue, each task linked to its deal.
  • One workspace price: $49/mo, members included, cancel monthly.

Built for deals that happen in group chats

Your buyer, their finance person and your rep in one Telegram group. No bot in sight. Cavyro turns that group into a deal with value and stage, and tracks each member as a contact.

Kommo fits if…

Your sales run on WhatsApp or Instagram and Telegram is a side channel where a bot answering inbound is enough.

Cavyro fits if…

Telegram is where your deals actually happen: real accounts, group negotiations, history that matters.

Cavyro vs Kommo, answered

How does Kommo connect to Telegram?

Through a bot you create in BotFather. The bot waits to be messaged, sees only conversations started with it, and cannot message a customer first. Cavyro mirrors your team's real accounts over MTProto, so existing chats, groups and history are in the CRM from day one.

Can Kommo see my existing Telegram chats and groups?

No. A bot has no access to conversations that happened before it, and Kommo's official flow is 1-to-1 chats with the bot, so group deals stay outside the CRM. If your deals already live in chats and groups, that history is exactly what you want the CRM to see.

Is Kommo cheaper than Cavyro?

Per seat it looks that way: $25 to 45 per user per month (up from $15 to 45 since September 2026) against Cavyro's $49 per workspace. Kommo bills at least 6 months upfront and the price multiplies by headcount, so a team of five lands at $125 to 225 a month. Cavyro stays $49 with members included, billed monthly, cancel anytime.

Does Kommo have project management?

It has tasks: a to-do with a deadline and one responsible person, attached to a lead or contact, shown on a calendar or a board whose columns are fixed date buckets (overdue, today, tomorrow, this week). There are no projects, task lists, subtasks, custom statuses or priorities; a projects widget from the marketplace costs about $10 per user on top. Cavyro ships projects, folders, task lists, subtasks, custom workflows, priorities, list and board views and a My Work queue on every plan, each task linked to its deal, contact or company.

When is Kommo the better pick?

When Telegram is one channel among many and most of your selling happens over email, WhatsApp and web forms. Kommo is a mature multichannel CRM with a large integration marketplace. Cavyro wins when Telegram is where the deals actually happen.
