SendPulse

A bot with its own audience, or a CRM on your Telegram?

SendPulse is a marketing suite where "Telegram" means a chatbot with its own subscriber list, or a single personal account bolted onto the CRM without groups or history. The chats where your deals already live never enter the picture. Cavyro starts from those chats: it mirrors your team's real accounts, groups included, and builds the CRM on top.

What you get with SendPulse

  • • A bot factory: flow builder, broadcasts and payments for a chatbot audience you still have to build from zero.
  • • Subscriber-based pricing across a dozen products; each one meters and charges separately.
  • • The free tier caps the bot at 500 subscribers and 10,000 messages a month.
  • • One personal Telegram account per install can be connected, with no group chats and no history before the day you connect it.

A marketing bot, not your sales pipeline.

What you get with Cavyro

  • The audience you already have: your chats and groups mirrored into contacts, companies and deals.
  • Campaigns from your own name, throttled safely, measured to moved deals and won revenue.
  • A real CRM underneath: deal values, weighted forecast, meetings, automations.
  • Projects and tasks in the same CRM: task lists, subtasks, boards and a My Work queue, each task linked to its deal.
  • One price: $49/mo per workspace, members included.

Built for revenue, not subscriber counts

A campaign in Cavyro goes to contacts who already know you, from your account, and the report ends in money: who replied, which deals moved, what was won.

Cavyro fits if…

Your customers already message your team on Telegram and you need those conversations to become deals, forecasts and follow-ups.

Cavyro vs SendPulse, answered

What is the main difference between Cavyro and SendPulse?

SendPulse is a marketing suite where Telegram means a chatbot you build with a BotFather token, plus an app that connects one personal account per install with no group chats and no history before the day you connect it. The bot only knows people who subscribed to it. Cavyro mirrors your team's real Telegram accounts, groups included, so the chats and history you already have become contacts, deals and pipeline.

Can SendPulse message my existing Telegram contacts?

The bot reaches only subscribers who opted in. The personal-account app can write to anyone, but it covers one account, skips groups, and starts its history on the day you connect. Everything your team said before that stays invisible. Cavyro sends campaigns from those same accounts, to relationships you already have, with revenue attribution on every send.

When is SendPulse the better pick?

When you want a chatbot: keyword flows, button menus, in-bot payments, or when you are buying its email and SMS marketing suite anyway. It is a solid bot builder. It is not a CRM for the selling your team does person to person.

Does SendPulse have project management?

Its CRM has task boards, and they are decent: kanban and list views, subtasks, checklists, priorities, comments and files. The Free CRM plan allows two boards and the paid tiers are priced per seat, from €17 for one user. There is no project or folder above a board and no cross-board queue of your own work. Cavyro puts projects, folders, task lists, subtasks, custom workflows, list and board views and a My Work page on every plan, inside the same $49 workspace as the deals those tasks are about.

Can I use both?

Yes, and some teams do: a SendPulse bot for top-of-funnel subscriptions and broadcasts, Cavyro as the CRM where real conversations become deals. They connect to Telegram in different ways, so they do not conflict.
