Building since February 2026

Roadmap

What has shipped, what's in the works, and where Cavyro is headed. Updated as we build, not once a quarter.

Shipped

  1. February 2026

    Kickoff

    • Product design, data model and architecture. No code yet, a lot of whiteboard.
  2. March 2026

    CRM foundations

    • Contacts and companies, with parent/child company hierarchies
    • Deal pipelines with customizable stages
    • Custom fields on every record
    • Workspaces, invitations and roles
    • Comments, reactions, activity feed and a recycle bin
  3. April · May 2026

    Records that hold real work

    • File attachments on deals, contacts and companies
    • Notifications for things you follow
    • Rich text notes and descriptions
    • Full audit trail on every record
    • Auth hardening: account recovery, email verification, test coverage
  4. June 2026

    The app comes alive

    • Kanban deal board, entity sheets with shareable URLs, bulk actions
    • Reports and dashboards: conversion, stage residency, KPI trends
    • AI assistant and the hosted MCP server for Claude, Cursor and other agents
    • Telegram mirror: your real conversations inside Cavyro, plus the assistant bot
    • Real-time collaboration: mentions, presence, and CMD+K search across everything
    • Billing on Paddle, guided onboarding with sample data
  5. July 2026

    Automations, campaigns and integrations

    • Automations engine: triggers, conditions and actions, buildable by the AI assistant too
    • Two-way Google Calendar sync with Meet links, scheduled straight from a deal
    • Campaigns to your existing contacts: A/B tests, follow-up sequences that stop on reply, revenue attribution
    • Team inbox: a shared Telegram inbox with per-person access and sent-by attribution
    • Notion and CSV import, advanced filtering, saved views
    • Usage meters and plan-limit warnings, mobile-friendly layouts
  6. Late July 2026

    Reliability and agent speed

    • Telegram session recovery: dead sessions get detected and marked, the owner gets an alert, and reconnecting picks up right where you left off
    • Campaigns pause themselves the moment Telegram flags spam, and automations can now fire on a campaign reply or completion
    • MCP discovery gateway: agents browse one compact catalog instead of a 107-tool list, spending 90% fewer tokens before their first action
  7. August 2026

    Account security

    • Two-factor authentication on every plan: standard TOTP codes from any authenticator app, with single-use recovery codes as the backup

In the works

  • Public launch: paid plans going live on Paddle
  • Deeper MCP tool discovery, so agents find the right Cavyro action faster

Up next

  • Gantt view across deals and owners: who is buried, who has room to take more
  • Campaign templates and smarter scheduling
  • More integrations: Zapier and friends
  • AI that drafts replies and follow-ups for you
  • Mobile experience beyond the responsive app

Direction, not promises. Order changes when customers teach us something.
