Entergram

An inbox with tickets, or a CRM that closes deals?

Entergram is a shared Telegram inbox for support teams: tickets, SLA timers, response-time stats. Its "pipeline" is a custom column on a chat, and a deal value is another column you add by hand. No forecast, no calendar, no projects, and automation means wiring Make.com yourself. Cavyro is the CRM those chats deserve: deals with real value, meetings, an automation engine and built-in AI, on the same Telegram accounts.

What you get with Entergram

  • • A tidier version of the Telegram you already have: chats in a table or on a kanban, tags, reminders, bulk actions.
  • • Tickets with statuses and SLA breach timers, built for support desks, plus a Slack bridge for the team that lives there.
  • • Reports about response times, not revenue. It can't tell you what your pipeline is worth.
  • • AI and automations only if you assemble them yourself over API, MCP or Make.com.

Organized chats. The selling is still all on you.

What you get with Cavyro

  • Deals with real value: amounts, currency, weighted forecast and revenue reports.
  • Meetings & calendar: two-way Google sync tied to the contact and the deal.
  • An automation engine in the product: follow-ups and reminders fire on their own.
  • Projects and tasks in the same CRM: task lists, subtasks, boards and a My Work queue, each task linked to its deal.
  • AI that's already wired: an assistant in Telegram plus a hosted MCP server, no keys to bring.

Built for teams that sell on Telegram

A client group goes quiet after "send the offer". In an inbox that's just another unread chat. In Cavyro it's a $12,500 deal in Negotiation: the follow-up fires on day three, the call is on the calendar, and the forecast already counts it.

Entergram fits if…

You run a support desk and the job ends at answering tickets on time.

Cavyro fits if…

Telegram is where your revenue happens and you need deals, forecast, meetings, automation and AI behind every chat.

Cavyro vs Entergram, answered

Is Entergram a CRM?

It calls itself one, but it works like a shared Telegram inbox for support teams: tickets, SLA timers and response-time stats. The pipeline is a custom column on a chat, without deal amounts or a forecast. If your team is measured on response time it is a fine tool. If it is measured on revenue, that is the gap Cavyro fills.

What does Cavyro have that Entergram doesn't?

Deals with amounts, currency and a weighted forecast, revenue reports, two-way Google Calendar sync, an automation engine inside the product, team docs, projects with task lists and subtasks, campaigns with drip and A/B testing, and a built-in AI assistant in the app and in Telegram. Both mirror your real Telegram accounts over MTProto.

What does Entergram do better?

Ticketing. It ships SLA breach timers, a ticket kanban and a Slack bridge that Cavyro does not have. A pure support desk that never touches deals may be happier there.

Does Entergram have project management?

Not as such. It has reminders on a chat, and its tickets can stand in for tasks: a title, status, priority, assignee, due date and a kanban, on the Pro plan. There is no project above a ticket, no task list, no subtasks, and no page that collects everything assigned to you. Cavyro ships projects, folders, task lists, subtasks, custom workflows, list and board views and a My Work queue on every plan, with every task linked to the deal, contact or company it is about.

Can I switch from Entergram to Cavyro without losing history?

Yes. Both tools read from your real Telegram accounts, so your chats and history are not locked in either product. Connect your accounts to Cavyro and the same conversations flow in, this time with deals and reporting on top. The trial is 5 days on the full plan.
