Docs · included on every plan

Docs that know
your pipeline.

Playbooks, meeting notes, proposals and onboarding, written where the deals are. Mention a deal and the doc links to it. Open the deal and the doc is listed there. No second tool to keep in sync, and nothing to pay extra for.

A nested page tree, a real editor, and mentions that point at live records.

How it works

Three things to know.

01

Open a doc, start typing

A doc is a notebook, a page is what you write in it, and pages nest as deep as you need. Slash commands give you headings, lists, images and files without leaving the keyboard. Everything autosaves.

02

Mention the work it's about

Type @ to pull in a deal, a contact, a company or a teammate. The chip is a live link: click it and the record opens. The person you mentioned gets a notification.

03

Share it as wide as it should go

Every doc starts visible to the workspace. Lock one down to named people, teams or groups, or hand a client a read-only public link that expires.

CRM-native

The doc finds the deal. The deal finds the doc.

This is the part a standalone docs tool can't do. Mentioning a record from a page creates the link in both directions, so six months later the renewal notes are sitting on the renewal, where the next person will look.

  • Mention deals, contacts, companies, teammates, teams and groups
  • A Docs tab on every deal, contact and company, filled automatically
  • Mentioned people get notified, the same as anywhere else in Cavyro
  • Chips stay live: click one and the record sheet opens
Collaboration

Two people, one page, no conflict.

Editing is live. You see who else is on the page and where their cursor is, and both sets of edits land without anyone overwriting anyone. Comments attach to the exact sentence they're about.

  • Live cursors and presence on every page
  • Comment on a text selection, or discuss the whole page at the bottom
  • Version history with automatic snapshots and named saves, restorable
  • Read-only teammates can still comment, if you let them
Sharing

Open by default, private when it matters.

Most docs should be readable by the whole workspace, so that's the default. Salary bands and board notes shouldn't be, so switch a doc to restricted and pick exactly who gets in, at which level.

  • Four levels per person, team or group: view, comment, edit, manage
  • Restricted docs are invisible to everyone else, including in search
  • Public read-only links for clients, no sign-in, revocable any time
  • Give a link no expiry, or 7 and 30 days

And the rest of it

Templates

Save any doc as a template, then start the next one from it. Meeting notes, a QBR, a handover checklist: written once, reused by everyone.

Version history

Pages snapshot themselves as you write, and you can name a version at any point. Restore puts the old text back on the page.

Export

Take a page out as Markdown, or print it to PDF with the formatting intact. Your writing is not locked in here.

In search and in MCP

Pages show up in workspace search next to deals and contacts. Your AI agent can list, read and write docs over MCP like any other record.

No add-on, no upgrade prompt.

Docs ship on Starter, Pro and Enterprise with the same feature set: unlimited docs and pages, live editing, sharing and public links. Attachments count against your workspace storage, and that's the only limit involved.

Write it down where the deals live.
