Warm campaigns · a Pro feature

Campaigns,
with receipts.

Send an offer to everyone already in your CRM: on Telegram from your own account, or by email from your own Gmail. A/B tested, scheduled, safely throttled. Then read the report other tools can't produce: who replied, which deals moved, and what the campaign was worth.

One composer, two channels. Up to nine follow-ups, previewed per recipient before launch.

Channels

Your Telegram. Your Gmail. Your name on it.

No shared sender pools, no bot blasts. A campaign goes out from the accounts your customers already know, one message at a time.

How it works

Three steps to launched.

01

Pick a channel and an audience

Telegram from your own account, or email from your own Gmail. Filter contacts by tag or pipeline stage, exclude anyone by hand. On Telegram, only people you already chat with qualify.

02

Write it once, or twice

Personalize with variables like {{contact.first_name}}, preview every recipient's exact message before launch, and add a variant B for a true 50/50 A/B split.

03

Send now or schedule

Messages go out human-paced, with randomized spacing and a daily cap per channel. Pause or cancel any time; the campaign auto-pauses on trouble.

Sequences

Follow-ups that know when to stop.

A campaign can be one message or a sequence, each step a set number of days after the last. The moment someone replies, they leave the sequence. Nobody gets a "last call" after they already said yes.

  • Up to nine follow-ups, each 1 to 90 days after the last, each with its own A/B pair
  • Stop-on-reply is on by default. Turn it off for announcement-style drips
  • Telegram steps land in the same chat; email follow-ups thread onto the original message
  • A per-step funnel shows exactly where the sequence dies
Attribution

The report nobody else can draw.

Other tools stop at "sent". Some manage "replied". Cavyro owns the message history and the deals, so a campaign is measured like a sales channel: every reply lands on the campaign that earned it, and deal movement inside the attribution window becomes conversion and revenue.

  • Reply attribution from your real message history, not read receipts
  • Conversion in two honest steps: deal moved forward, and deal won
  • Revenue per campaign, per currency: touched pipeline and closed won
  • A/B compared on the same funnel, winner highlighted
Campaigns × Automations

The CRM reacts to every reply.

A campaign isn't done when it's sent. It feeds the automation engine. "Replied" and "completed" are triggers like any other, so the follow-through happens without anyone watching the report.

Built to keep your accounts safe

Human-paced sending

Randomized spacing between messages: 8 to 15 seconds on Telegram, 3 to 8 on email. Never a burst.

Daily caps per channel

200 Telegram messages and 300 emails a day per workspace, deliberately under each platform's limits. The rest queues for tomorrow.

Auto-pause on trouble

A spam signal from Telegram or a disconnected Gmail pauses the whole campaign instantly. You decide when to resume.

Opt-outs honored mid-sequence

Every campaign email carries one-click unsubscribe. An opt-out stops the remaining steps for that person, immediately.

How does this compare?

Entergram's broadcast is one-shot, capped, unscheduled, and blind to replies. CRMChat runs sequences, but at cold lists, measured to "replied" at best. Neither can tell you what a campaign was worth.
