Cavyro is a CRM for teams who sell on Telegram: companies, contacts, deals, pipelines and automations, built by a small team at CherryIT. Our customers don’t file tickets, they message us mid-deal and expect it fixed while it’s still warm. That shapes how we build and who we hire: people who’ll own a big surface end to end, not wait to be handed a ticket.
The stack: a Rails 8 API on PostgreSQL, a React 19 + TypeScript frontend, a Telegram integration built on GramJS and grammY, and a TypeScript AI gateway that exposes the whole CRM over MCP. We ship every week, and we lean hard on AI tooling to do it with a small team.
What we’re generally looking for
- People who’ve owned production systems end to end, not just a slice of one.
- Engineers comfortable across the stack, or deep in one part and fast to pick up another.
- Support, sales or ops people who write clearly and build process instead of waiting for one.
- Anyone who’s worked closely with Telegram, or with customers who run their business inside it.
