There is no support framework at Cavyro yet. No help desk, no help center, no macros, no SLAs. Today the founder answers everything. You’d change that: build the whole support function from scratch, then run it.
Our customers are sales teams who live in Telegram. They expect chat speed, not ticket-queue speed. Support here is a product surface, not a cost center: the person who answers is often the reason a trial converts.
What you’ll do
- Set up the support stack from zero: help desk, live chat, AI agent. Evaluate tools like Intercom with Fin, Crisp, or Plain. You pick, we buy.
- Write the help center. Real articles for real questions, kept current as the product ships weekly.
- Answer customers yourself, every day. Email, chat and Telegram, with first responses in minutes, not hours.
- Define how support runs: SLAs, saved replies, escalation paths to engineering, and the metrics we watch (first response time, resolution time, CSAT).
- Train an AI agent on your help center so it handles the easy half, and review where it gets things wrong.
- Turn patterns into product: recurring questions become UX fixes, bug reports reach engineering reproduced and prioritized.
You might be a fit if
- You’ve done several years of SaaS support and you’ve been the senior person in the room.
- You’ve built or rebuilt a support process somewhere, not just worked inside one.
- You write clearly. Short answers, plain words, no copy-paste boilerplate.
- You can reproduce a bug, read an error message, and hand engineering something they can act on.
- Ambiguity doesn’t scare you. There’s no playbook here; you’re writing it.
Big pluses
- You’ve run AI-assisted support in production: Fin, Crisp, or similar agents trained on a help center, including the unglamorous part of auditing their answers.
- You’ve supported a CRM or another product salespeople depend on daily.
- You know Telegram well, or you’ve supported customers in markets where business runs on it.
